What is THON?
THON is a year-round fund raising effort that culminates in a 46 hour no sitting, no sleeping dance marathon. As the largest student-run philanthropy in the world, the proceeds of THON benefit children of the Four Diamonds which seeks to conquer childhood cancer through "superior care, comprehensive support and innovative research" at the Penn State Children's Hospital.
